The iPhone 16 Pro Max, previously leaked in a brownish color with a bronze-like hue, left many fans divided. While some appreciated it, the color wasn’t universally loved. However, a recent leak suggests that the color will actually be closer to Gold, resembling the sandy tones of the Sahara desert rather than the copper hue initially expected.
The new iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will come in Titanium White, Black, Gold, and Silver, meaning the previous Natural and Blue options will be dropped. The rumored Rose option remains uncertain, and it might be replaced by this new Gold variant.
Unlike the iPhone 16 series, which will feature brighter colors like Blue, Green, and Pink, the Pro models are expected to have more muted tones. Notably, the iPhone 16 series will also see the return of vertically aligned dual cameras, a design last seen on the iPhone 12. Additionally, the square camera island, a staple since the iPhone X and XS series, will be replaced.
