Vivo’s V40e is about to join the V40 series, and a few days ago, some of its specifications were leaked. Today, even more details have surfaced, including its anticipated price—so let’s jump into the specifics.
The V40e is rumored to feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and available in 128GB or 256GB storage variants.
On the camera front, the V40e will reportedly sport a 50 MP main sensor from Sony (IMX882), an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and a 50 MP front-facing selfie camera, which may use Samsung’s JN1 sensor. The device is expected to house a 5,500 mAh battery and will come with an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance. It will run Android 14 with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 14 layered on top.
In India, the phone is expected to be priced between INR 20,000 ($239) and INR 30,000 ($359). The previous leak also mentioned 80W wired charging support, and the launch is expected before the end of the month.
