Realme 13 Pro duo and the Realme 13 4G have already launched, leaving the non-Pro Realme 13 5G as the last in line. While we await its official debut, a Geekbench listing has surfaced, revealing key specifications.
The Realme 13 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, though the exact CPU name isn’t mentioned. Based on the core architecture, it’s likely the MTK D6300. The device is expected to feature a maximum clock speed of 2.4GHz and 8GB of RAM, likely the base configuration. It will run on Android 14.
In Geekbench 6.3 tests, the Realme 13 5G scores 784 in single-core and 1760 in multi-core performance, typical of a mid-range device.
From earlier certifications, we know it will launch with Android 14 paired with Realme UI 5.0, and it might sport a 6.72-inch LTPS panel with FHD+ resolution for sharp visuals. A 16 MP front camera is expected, and while battery size details are missing, 45W fast charging is confirmed.
