Vivo X200, X200 Pro and Oppo Find X8, Find X8 Pro
The Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro have been long rumored to be the first devices to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, expected to be unveiled in October.
However, their direct competitors from vivo and Oppo won’t use the same chipset. Instead, they are opting for MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400, which will allow them to launch their devices ahead of Xiaomi. Specifically, we’re talking about the vivo X200, X200 Pro, Oppo Find X8, and Find X8 Pro. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, these models are likely to be introduced before Xiaomi’s handsets, with an expected launch in early October.
This also suggests that MediaTek will reveal the Dimensity 9400 before Qualcomm unveils the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
