Realme 13 5G appears on Geekbench with Dimensity 6300 chipset.

Realme has recently introduced the 13 Pro and 13 Pro+, and now it’s shifting its focus to the non-Pro 13 series. While the Realme 13 4G is already available, two 5G-enabled models are on the way: the Realme 13 and Realme 13+.

The Realme 13 has been spotted in the Geekbench database, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with the model number RMX3951.

In Geekbench 6.3 for Android, the tested prototype achieved a single-core score of 784 and a multi-core score of 1,760. It was equipped with 8GB of RAM.

The Realme 13 will ship with Android 14, customized with Realme UI. According to previous certifications, the device will feature a 6.72-inch LTPS display with FHD+ resolution, a 16 MP front-facing camera, and 45W fast wired charging support.

In China, the Realme 13 will be available with 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 128GB to 1TB, although the international version may have fewer configurations.
